A proactive consultation for older adults and families who want guidance before a crisis forces decisions. I look at what is happening now — changes in mobility, daily routines, safety, independence, the home environment, caregiver concerns, and the things that are becoming harder. Then I help you understand what needs attention now, what can wait, and what the next step should be. This is not a formal occupational therapy evaluation. It is practical, independent guidance designed to help families make informed decisions earlier.

Clients receive options and recommendations, but implementation remains the family's responsibility. No financial relationships or referral agreements influence recommendations.
Service Area & Travel
In-home services are available throughout the East Valley and surrounding areas. Travel outside the standard service area may be available depending on location. Any applicable travel fee will be discussed prior to scheduling.
